After deciding to pursue a solo act in 2003, she released a debut album entitled Dangerously in Love, which topped the album charts both in U.S. and U.K. Her famous singles from the said album namely, Crazy in Love and Baby Boy, have gathered the sexy R&B singer five titles in 2004 Grammy Awards.
